5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is required, 有先进制造经验者优先
2+ years of proven supervisory/ leadership experience

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required

Experience using MES and ERP systems is a strong plus

Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed to meet customer timelines.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
